All returns must be received within 14 days from delivery date. You must contact Pine & Porch by email at email@example.com, to notify us of a return.
All sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period.
Please mail returns to 105 E Colonial Ave Elizabeth City, NC. 27909. Make sure your order number is included. You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Any shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.
Shipping will be determined on weight and items purchased. If you are purchasing international, please contact us before placing an order.
